All Aboard The Wee Choo-Choo

The carriage has been lovingly resorted to a bygone age of luxury and glamour and sits in the shadow of the Victorian station in the beautiful Highland Perthshire Town of Pitlochry. We acquired the carriage post-production; had we not, it would have met the same fate as the rest of the rake of carriages: a scrap yard.

The Wee Choo-Choo offers an unforgettable journey through the vibrant flavours of authentic Thai cuisine. Our Daughter-and-Mother team owns and operates the restaurant Mia and Isara McCallum. Mia McCallum is from Phuket, Southern Thailand, and is in charge of the Front-of-House experience, ensuring impeccable service and a seamless dining experience. Isara is our main chef, also born in Southern Thailand, and she brings her passion for traditional Thai cooking to the heart of Highland Perthshire. Isara and Mia are Thai and Scottish and have lived and worked in Pitlochry since 2017.

Whether you’re a fan of classic Thai curries or fragrant stir-fries, our menu has something to delight every palate. We use only the freshest ingredients and locally sourced produce to ensure every dish bursts with flavour.
